The whole service was quick and efficient, when I phoned the engineers visit was arranged quickly for the next day. The engineer (Andrew) arrived at the stated time repaired the washing machine and made no mess.
Easy to make an appointment, costs for repair visit made clear upfront, engineer contacted me next day and confirmed date of attendance, arrived as expected assessment carried out, very pleased.
I cannot fault the service I received from NAC. Communication was excellent. I knew exactly when my local engineer would turn up which they did within the time frame. Repair carried out quickly by a very nice man called Paul. Would definitely recommend.
A customer-first experience. I was kept fully informed by email about the two visits and was impressed by the way Paul created a temporary solution of the door-catch problem so that I was able to wash clothes during the short wait for a replacement part.
They arrived when they said they would, sorted the problem, fixed it and cleaned up after. Was also a very pleasant engineer.
Good service, friendly and very punctual, sounds like very knowledgeable. Very helpful and gave some top tips as well.
