Nice to speak to a real person on the telephone to book a repair, rather than making an online booking. The lady taking care of my booking was very friendly and efficient. Sam, the repair engineer arrived when he said he would, was also very friendly, and repaired the appliance with no problem. I would definitely use them again!
Excellent service and dishwasher issue sorted very quickly
The chap that came to look at my machine, tested it out then finally told me what the problem was, I was doing things wrong, he put me right and machine fine ever since, very pleased indeed, very genuine company.
