Arrived on time as expected. Whilst the device wasn't repaired because the part was uneconomical, the engineer was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend and use again.
Excellent same day service. Booked by telephone call to a human which is something I very much appreciate. The engineer who came out was very pleasant and polite, identified the problem quickly and due to age of appliance did not advise a costly repair.
From the first contact service was amazing, kept up to date with time of arrival and engineer AJ arrived same day. He added in an extra repair at the last minute, no problem, and sent a video of both grill and oven working plus a breakdown of cost.
AJ, who carried out the repair on our oven door, was a polite and courteous person, arrived when he said and quickly carried out the repair. Would use NAC again.
Excellent service from NAC and from Syed, who quickly diagnosed and sorted the problem with our washing machine. Very good and helpful communication and Syed was friendly and professional.
My Neff oven needed a new light and the bulb came away leaving the end stuck in the roof of the oven, and the handle wires got damaged too. Sam came along and repaired both. We were very pleased with his work.
