The engineer came the next morning, I was kept up to date with ETA, very friendly and polite, I didn't have to pay through the roof and was told how much it would cost. I would definitely use this company again.
Good communication all the way through from enquiry stage to fixing our issue with the fridge freezer. Engineer was excellent at carrying out the repair and explaining issues.

Booked an appointment on Sunday very easily after being given a quote. A very nice man (Taylor) arrived before time on the Monday after calling me to make sure that was ok. He was very efficient, sorted out the problem and fixed it. I am very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely use again.
