It was very easy to book an engineer on line, Lee the electrical engineer who came was very efficient and friendly. The problem with my induction hob was resolved.
I was able to book an appointment online for the next day for an engineer to come and look at my noisy freezer. The fault was identified quickly and the part ordered. Everyone involved was polite and time keeping was great. Would recommend and use again.
Only the highest praise for service given. Part for my elderly freezer was difficult to get but came up with the goods! Chris who came out twice was superb. All up and runing now. Thank you so much again.
