The engineer was excellent, explaining that all modern machines have the same spin problem and there was nothing wrong with mine apart from rearranging my load and retrying the spin program, which worked.

Had my Neff combi microwave oven fixed by Charlie. Very polite and professional guy, kept me updated on arrival times and whilst carrying out the repair. NAC also very helpful with appointment dates and times. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Excellent service! Engineer arrived on time and asked for a rundown on the issue with the fridge freezer. Fault not evident immediately but the engineer persevered until the fault was found. Very impressed with NAC and would recommend.
Everything was explained clearly right from my first phone call and the engineer was polite. My only gripe is the five-hour waiting slot, which felt far too long, especially as a new part needed to be ordered and fitted after the initial visit.
