I've never had to use a repair company for a fridge freezer so I was a bit apprehensive thinking I might get ripped off, but after speaking with Sarah she put my mind at ease and told me the whole price which included VAT. A very professional company.
I was able to make the appointment easily. Chris, the engineer, came at the time scale he had sent me. He was very helpful and told me the cost of the replacement part and had one in his van. He repaired the grill and put everything back tidily. Excellent service.
Repaired our integrated Bosch microwave. The technician came exactly when he said and diagnosed the problem straight away. The parts were ordered and he returned to repair it. Great communication with both the technician and the office, would definitely recommend.
