Once the appointment was made, they turned up on time, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it with a simple repair. No overselling, no waffle, simple straightforward and efficient. Couldn't recommend enough!

The fault was identified systematically and explained very clearly. Advice was given and that any further issues would be dealt with promptly. Messaged and a prompt arrival.
The engineer that came was very professional and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a big problem so we aren't using them for the repair, replacing it. He gave us a quote and everything was dealt with a couple of work days later.
