I required a dishwasher repair. From booking to completion of the work everything was truly excellent. Calum undertook the work brilliantly, a very careful, methodical engineer and one truly expert in his work. An amazing repair was done and quickly. Everything is now working beautifully thanks to his expertise.
Would definitely recommend NAC repair. Engineer was on time, very polite and explained what he could do to repair my fan oven, which he did in no time. The booking process was excellent and easy. Communications with the company to keep me updated were great.
The service was first class. Calum rang to say he was free earlier than he expected and asked if it was ok to call earlier. Calum was very friendly and professional, explaining what was wrong with the dishwasher whilst carrying out the repairs. Highly recommend.
We booked an engineer on Friday afternoon due to our oven failing. By Saturday we had a message confirming a date and the initial cost of the callout. Engineer came out Monday, already with the part, and within 10 mins the issue was fixed and we had a working oven. 10/10 experience.
