I was quoted a callout charge which I thought reasonable, but when I discovered that this also included labour costs, I was very happy. As promised, the engineer turned up the next day and solved the problem very quickly. He was extremely pleasant, friendly and respectful. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
Great service from booking an engineer to getting the repair completed at a time suitable to me, couldn't have been more helpful. The engineer immediately knew what he was looking for and gave me welcome advice about keeping my machine in tip top condition.
The engineer is very polite and professional, explains everything that needed doing and repaired the fridge. Excellent engineer, would recommend for the job.
Engineer arrived on time, found the leak and ordered the spare part. Arranged a time to come again to fix the new hose.
