The engineer rang to say he could come a day earlier as he had a space and thoughtfully said he could hopefully get the fridge freezer repaired early so the food would not be wasted. He introduced himself, showed his identity badge and got on with the work. Thank you Plamen.
I only had to wait a day before the engineer came and he quickly worked out the problem with my washing machine, a build up of limescale, and removed it with a suction machine. It now works properly again. Very pleased with the service from the company and the engineer.
