The engineer was great explained fault and repair very well but unfortunately a repair was not financially feasible. Quite fair call out charge.
Engineer phoned in advance to confirm his time of attending. When he attended he was very polite and undertook the job quickly and to a high standard. Before leaving confirm that cooker was working properly. Cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommended him to other customers.
Came and repaired my washing machine within 24 hours, superb service. Engineer was friendly and polite. Why buy a new machine when you can get your old one repaired, spot on!
