Engineer was great, got the job done quickly. Nice chap and no fuss at all. Would happily call NAC again if anything else goes wrong with our appliances.
The engineer, Steve, was on time on each of his visits. The part was ordered and delivered to schedule. Steve came out to fit the oven part in what was not so straightforward a job, but he completed it successfully.
Very simple process booking the repair online. I had a call back giving me a time for the visit, confirmed on the day by a second call. Engineer arrived on time and completed the repair very efficiently. Excellent.
Excellent. Arrived on time and thoroughly investigated the issue, then identified the problem. Came back a couple of days later with the parts required and fixed it. Thanks, Steve, excellent job.
I was kept fully informed of when to expect the engineer. He was very knowledgeable and repaired the washing machine very quickly. I was completely satisfied with the service.
Excellent initial response and a very knowledgeable, pleasant chap fixed everything very quickly. He said he would arrive at 8am and was there bang on the dot, no hanging about waiting. Very impressed and I will definitely use again.
We didn't have to wait long for an engineer to visit. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and had our fridge freezer sorted without any drama. Really pleased with how it went.
All went well, good communication with update texts. Parts were ordered and fitted by Philip and it's all working now, so proper pleased and would use again.
