Very good service from the initial phone call to being kept updated on the engineer's time, and I got a 2 hour window instead of waiting in all day. Came the next day, on my only day off. Honest, polite and fixed within 10 minutes. Thank you.
The repair person was courteous and on time, and although the appliance was old and couldn't be repaired he did his best to help me understand why. I had no issue with that and I like the way this company works.
