The engineer arrived on time and quickly explained the likely causes of the problem in a clear and straightforward way. He got on with the repair without any fuss, working efficiently throughout. Polite, courteous and professional from start to finish.
They attended very quickly to assess the problem and gave the appliance a full health check, which flagged issues that would have caused further trouble over the next six to twelve months. All works on our Neff double oven carried out to a very good standard by Casey.
Good communication via initial contact with their call centre, website and texts. The engineer arrived at the appointed time, identified and rectified the problem with my washing machine. Happy to recommend NAC.
