My fridge-freezer wasn't keeping the correct temperature. After a call to NAC they arranged a visit and Wayne came round the same day. He was very knowledgeable about the possible causes and sorted it there and then. Excellent service.

My repair requirement (new dishwasher door hinges) was handled very well from start to finish. Parts searched for and ordered during my initial call to the company and engineer booked for date they would be delivered. Good updates on text about timings on the day, very pleased with work done, good as new!
The engineer contacted me to say what time he would be there. The fault was identified in about 10 minutes and the part was replaced. Quick and easy. I was very pleased with the outcome.
Mo who came to repair the dishwasher found no problem but assured me that if the error code came up again he would come back and sort it. Unfortunately it has and he's coming back to repair it on Tuesday with no second call out charge. All good.

My microwave failed and I contacted NAC who quickly assigned me a date and put me in contact with an engineer, even giving me his name and mobile number. The engineer called before he arrived, diagnosed the issue and kept the ticket open for me to decide on the repair. Extremely helpful throughout.
