The booking was straightforward. I was notified of an approximate time and then given an accurate time on the day. He arrived early, told me what was wrong (a blocked dishwasher) and fixed it very efficiently. Also told me things to avoid in the future. Kept to the price I was given. I would use them again if I need to.
I'm really glad I found NAC via Google. The experience couldn't have been better. The expert who came arrived exactly on time, carried out a thorough examination of the washing machine and was polite and helpful, explaining everything clearly. Sadly, our machine couldn't be mended because the circuit board had died, but he put us in touch with a wonderful local company. A great experience all round and I would definitely use NAC again.
