Rebecca took my call and arranged a call out later that day. Danny the engineer rang to advise when he would arrive. He diagnosed a slipped drive belt and repaired it. Very pleased with the service and at a reasonable price. Would wholly recommend.
Patient and knowledgeable and very helpful. The booking service was quick and easy and the prices explained upfront.
Chris on the phone was very helpful and so patient. He is a fine example of customer service.
From the first call to report the fault the service was excellent. Chris the engineer went above and beyond to get us sorted out with a new oven. I wouldn't hesitate using this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Rapid response to enquiry. Very competent engineer rapidly identified the fault and the parts required. The engineer came within days of the parts being available and completed the repair. We liked the fixed price given at the first enquiry. Brilliant.

Everything was great except the timing given, it was between 1pm and 6pm so I couldn't go out all afternoon and he only arrived around 5.45. Perhaps give a more accurate update on the day. The engineer was very nice.
