Nice to speak to a real person on the telephone to book a repair, rather than making an online booking - you can be sure they understand what you need! The lady taking care of my booking was very friendly and efficient. Sam, the repair engineer arrived when he said he would, was also very friendly, and repaired the appliance with no problem. All in all, a very satisfactory experience, and I would definitely use them again!
Efficient, service excellent with reasonable price. Kept in touch and on time. Very helpful and experienced engineer. Would highly recommend this experience. Breath of fresh air.
The engineer was very helpful got the issue sorted in a timely matter. How ever the engineer did tear the flooring moving the washing machine out, but it was sorted out the same day and was given a refund for the damages. Accidents happen. I would recommend.
Very pleased with NAC, the engineer arrived spot on time and soon diagnosed the problem, fixed our freezer with the minimum of fuss and is a very friendly guy. We would definitely use the company again should the need arise.

Great communication from NAC and from service partner. Engineer provided a list of postcodes he was visiting the day of the repair and gave an ETA after every visit which was really useful.
