Great friendly lady who answered my call. Gave me quick information and when the job could be done. Explained the cost efficiently. Really easy to deal with from the very first phone call.
I spoke to a very helpful lady about the sudden failure of my washing machine. She sorted everything quickly and I'm now waiting for the technician to arrive in a few days time.
The timing of the engineer's visit was spot on. Nick introduced himself, was polite and got straight on with the repair. He clearly knew his job and had it done in an incredibly short time. Really informative communication from NAC too.
Brilliant service from start to finish. The gas engineer was thorough, with a clean and tidy repair to my gas oven, even bringing a protective pad for my new vinyl. As an elderly lady living alone I felt completely at ease. The cost was extremely reasonable.
The engineer was knowledgeable, quickly identified the issue and did more work to confirm it. Work area left clean and tidy. He returned after a week and replaced the defective parts. Dishwasher now good to go.
The repair man came within the promised time slot both times, once to assess the problem and once when the part was available. He arrived a few minutes early, fixed it within the hour and left no mess. Polite and helpful. Excellent service.
