A genuine 5 stars. Liam arrived within about 2 hours of me calling NAC to repair our fridge. He was very pleasant and sorted out the problem, a blocked drain hole, quickly. I would certainly use NAC again and can recommend them.
The communication was good in advance, they came at the agreed time. They fixed my issue (dishwasher buttons broken) with no new parts being required and all covered by the call out charge. They were courteous and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the service.
Appointment was quickly organised for next day. Repairer arrived punctually and soon solved the problem with our Neff slide and hide oven door. I had spent ages trying to fix the very complicated system
The repair service was brilliant from booking the engineer which was arranged for the next day to the engineer finding the fault. I can't recommend highly enough
