Excellent service, very polite, very tidy.

The engineer was prompt and efficient. The whole process of booking was easy.
It was late when I rang them to say I couldn't open the washing machine door but they still managed to come out the very next day. The engineer was obviously very experienced and got it open very quickly. The handle mechanism was broken but he had the right part on his van and the whole procedure took less than 30 minutes. There was no waiting for a part to be ordered and then delivered. I was also impressed that although his phone was ringing he ignored it and got on with the job. All in all I was very impressed with the service.

Sarah was very pleasant and efficient. She organised the appointment and took her time to ensure all the details were correct.
Jordan, the engineer who called to fix my elderly mother's washing machine, was very efficient and got the repairs done quickly. He also adjusted it so it's no longer bouncing along the floor!
When I called for an update I was told it was an online email, but my dad is 90 years old and does not have an email, so I wasn't sure how the update would reach him. That was the only issue we had, and I added my email for my dad for that reason.
Prompt to visit to look at the issue with the tumble dryer. A new part had to be ordered after the engineer identified the problem with the pump. He returned 7 days later to fix it. Great service and polite and friendly engineer.
