NAC is efficient and professional. After waiting a fortnight without any engineer allocation from a well-known national organisation i was rather frustrated. But when i found NAC it was a breath of fresh air, everything was convenient to me. I was allocated an engineer within 24 hours and able to book a day that suited me within 3 days. David communicated the time frame for his visit the night before and stuck to it. He was thoroughly pleasant polite and professional, and did a great job. Very happy.
Came out the next day, very friendly. Ordered the part for us and came back 2 days later to fit the part. Would definitely use this company again. Very reasonably priced to.
