The repair guy (Josh) was quick and efficient. Did the job well and explained what he was doing all the way through. No complaints or problems whatsoever.
The engineer rang to let us know the time he would arrive. He was polite and identified the problem exactly, fixed it, and improved the fixing of the unit which should prevent a repeat failure.
Patrick was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, and what I thought would be a very expensive repair job was in fact a simple quick fix. The call out fee I thought was reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use NAC again.
Quick efficient service and a very friendly helpful guy who replaced the element in my Belling cooker. Five star service and would recommend him to anyone!
Fantastic quick response at a reasonable price. My fridge freezer was making an alarming loud noise, I booked online on the Sunday, had prompt text confirmation the next day and the engineer arrived as promised. He repaired the fan on the spot. I was delighted.
The first appointment was frustrated by the engineer's van failing to start, but a new appointment was quickly made. On the second visit the engineer used his ingenuity to solve a problem that could have resulted in us having to buy a new oven.
Immediate and friendly response when I called. Details taken very quickly and accurately and the procedure clearly explained. The engineer visit was subsequently arranged very quickly.
The service was excellent, from both the office end and the engineer. Fitting the new pump went very smoothly. It would have been helpful to have had some indication of am or pm, as the only window we had was 8am to 4pm.
The first engineer unfortunately misdiagnosed the problem. The second engineer fitted the replacement part that had been ordered, and although that wasn't the issue, he then correctly identified the fault. Both engineers were polite and efficient.
