We promptly answered phone call where Becky was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions very quickly.
Ian arrived on time, and was very efficient, replacing the element and cutout. Credit to the company.
Engineer quickly diagnosed the washing machine problem and was able to book a time for the repair allowing for the ordering of required parts.
Very good service, I contacted them just before the bank holiday weekend but they couldn't attend till the Tuesday, half hour later I had a call back saying they would fit me in between jobs. Tech arrived and had my washing machine up and running within an hour. Tech was excellent.
Repair man was very respectful, polite and went over and above to make things good. I made the call out for a broken washing machine door handle which he repaired within five minutes, and he also kindly did the same on my dryer which had also just suffered the same fate, so I didn't need another call out. Can't be more pleased with the service given.
Fridge freezer repair. The lady on the phone was very helpful and the engineer phoned and said when he would be coming. He was very helpful and efficient and repaired our fridge freezer for us.
All good. Came on time and did a professional repair at the agreed price.
He sorted out the problem very quickly.
