We were very impressed with their service and their booking service and how they sorted our tumble dryer out.
Efficient service. An engineer called and was able to detect the problem. However, my dishwasher was very old so Paul gave me my options, to repair the current problem or consider buying a new one. He suggested the most reliable ones on the market. I appreciated his advice.
The engineer came and fitted my freezer seal and was very quick and efficient.
I contacted NAC after my Bosch oven failed to heat up. They were in contact quickly and within a few days an engineer arrived and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very happy with the level of care and service and would recommend.
From the initial phone contact through to the repair of our dishwasher within just 4 days, including sourcing the culprit part, the whole service was efficient, fast and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend NAC. Thankyou!
