Good communication, fast response and knowledgeable.
The repair was carried out quickly and efficiently and good advice given as to resolving the item that could not be fixed.
Very friendly, helpful interactions - both via telephone and in person. Communication was spot on and did exactly what they said they would and on time! Can't fault them in any way
So easy to arrange - really good communication via text message with plenty of options to cancel if necessary. Pricing very reasonable and the repair on our heat pump tumble dryer was done in a timely manner. Ben knew what he was doing and worked quickly to replace the part needed. Would definitely recommend!
