The engineer was very helpful in providing useful advice for what to look out for on our cooker. Advised against a service which was good, stated our cooker did not need it, saving on costs. Overall an excellent service so far, waiting for a component which has been ordered. Keep it up.
Excellent service. The engineer identified the problems with our oven and gas hob and very efficiently and tidily completed the repair.
After waiting a fortnight without any engineer allocation from a well-known national organisation I was rather frustrated. Finding NAC was a breath of fresh air.
