My fridge had stopped getting cold and I was worried about losing a full freezer of food. Booked online in the evening and had an engineer out the next afternoon. Fixed price, no surprises, sorted in under an hour.
Really impressed. The engineer diagnosed a faulty thermostat quickly, quoted for the part before doing anything, and had it running again the same visit. Polite, tidy and honest. Would use again without hesitation.
Good service overall. The service charge covered the callout and labour and I only paid extra for the part I needed. Fridge is cooling properly again and the whole thing was a lot less stressful than I expected.
Water was pooling in the bottom of my fridge and I couldn't work out why. The engineer found a blocked drain and cleared it there and then. Explained everything clearly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
Booking was easy and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid on the day. Engineer turned up on time, found the fault fast and left the kitchen spotless. Genuinely can't fault them.
